Miles Higgins

Miles Higgins co-owns the salon as managing partner and works as an owner stylist. He is on the floor about four days a week and handles most of his own client scheduling. He trained at the Vidal Sassoon and TONI&GUY cutting academies, has trained in barbering, and has curl training. His specialties include precision cutting, tailored shaping, men's haircuts, grey blending and grey coverage, natural highlights, root touch-ups, all-over and lived-in color, curly and wavy hair, and hair and product education. Roughly half his cuts are men's, ranging from close fades to longer natural styles on thick or fine hair. He shapes each cut around a client's growth pattern and density rather than using a single technique at every length. Each appointment opens with a consultation on how the client wears their hair day to day. He works with grey through full coverage or grey blending, and suggests a shower filter to cut down mineral buildup on grey hair.
