Milena Bonilla

Milena Bonilla, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Long Island Dermatology who has practiced exclusively in dermatology for over a decade. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2002 and her physician assistant certification from St. John's University in 2008, where she also received The Neils Schmitt Award for Clinical Excellence. She is a board-certified physician assistant and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Her clinical work covers diagnosing and treating acne, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and eczema, nail disorders, hair loss and skin cancer. She also performs Botox, chemical peels and laser treatments for facial and body concerns.

She has served as a sub-investigator on medical research trials and as a clinical preceptor for dermatology PA students from NYIT, Touro College and St. John's University. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
