Michol is the color specialist at the studio. Training began in a boutique salon under platform artist Thomas LaDage while still in school, and dual training was completed in 2001. Since then, she has learned from many artists across their specialties, and continues study outside the salon on current color methods and products. The work centers on color, including custom-mixed shades. Each look is planned for the individual client.
