About
Michelle Kolich serves as Master Technician and owner of NineOneThree Salon, and her specialties are Invisible Bead Extensions and hair extensions in general. In 2011 she received a business marketing degree from Kansas State University, and once she graduated she apprenticed with a local salon owner. She also went through the Big Money Stylist (BMS) Convention training program, which accepts about 350 stylists each year. With clients, she focuses on deciding how long the extensions should be and how many rows to place, matching the look they're after. Foils are a regular part of her blonde work, and for a softer, longer-lasting finish she offers shadow roots and root smudging. She puts weight on tracing where extension hair was sourced and which dyes or treatments it has already had. Her goal is results that look natural while the client's own hair stays in good condition.
