Michelle Joy works at BBC Nashville Salon as an Elite Artist and Master Elite Artist, specializing in haircuts and master-level color. Before coming to the salon, she worked behind the chair and served as Director of Operations at a high-end salon in Franklin. She graduated as valedictorian from the Aveda Institute and has studied advanced cutting, color and styling with celebrity stylists, learning methods from Kevin Murphy, Oribe, Davines, Keune, Schwarzkopf, Evo Pro and Aveda. Her color services include natural-toned highlights and haircolor, and she concentrates on redheads and fine, textured hair. She wants to keep learning so she can serve her clients better, and she hopes they leave the chair feeling beautiful inside and out.
