Michael Crowley

Michael Crowley is co-founder, president and CEO of Michael & Michael, which he started with Michael Jacobson. He leads the business side of the brand, overseeing operations, public relations, marketing and strategic planning. He earned degrees in political science, business and law, attended the University of Cincinnati, and studied at Harrington College of Design in Chicago.

His earlier career included twelve years as a litigator at a law firm, a term as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago, and work as COO of a venture capital-backed technology startup. He has taught postbaccalaureate courses in litigation and labor employment law as adjunct faculty at Loyola University Chicago, and served as Vice President and General Counsel at an interior design firm. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Fashion Group International and was significantly involved with Youth Guidance for ten years, including as chairman of its board. He received the Pioneer Board Member Award in 2010, the Outstanding Board Member Award in 2012, and the 2016 Community Engagement Award from the Chicago Crime Commission.
