Melanie L. Aya-ay, M.D. is CEO and medical director of Vivia MedSpa. She is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and her private plastic surgery practice began in 2010. The practice centers on cosmetic surgery of the face and body, with a reconstructive focus on the breast. Her doctorate came from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2003.
