About
Dr. Aya-ay serves as CEO and Medical Director of Vivia MedSpa in North Tampa, Florida. She opened a plastic surgery private practice in 2010 and is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Her education started with a biology bachelor's degree from West Virginia University, followed by a doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2003. She then completed training in general surgery, burn surgery, and plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of South Florida. Her practice focuses on cosmetic surgery of the face and body, with a reconstructive emphasis on the breast. She treats complex breast cases, among them tuberous breast, asymmetry, and postsurgical problems such as symmastia and implant malposition, and explantation is a further area of expertise.
