Mark Rawson, MD

Mark Rawson, MD, founded Lifespan Health in 2016 and serves as its Founder and Medical Director. He completed a family medicine residency at the University of Minnesota and earned his M.D. from the University of Iowa College of Medicine. He is board certified in family medicine and has more than 30 years of clinical practice.

His career has included inner-city community clinics, metro-area emergency departments, hospitals in developing countries and work as a shipboard physician for Semester at Sea. He continues to practice at Sanford Health Hospitals and Emergency Departments alongside his work at Lifespan Health. His focus is functional and integrative medicine, including finding root causes of chronic illness, and optimizing physical and cognitive performance. He also develops and oversees the center's plasma exchange protocols.

His approach favors science-based, non-toxic care, worked out with each patient as a partner.
