About

Margaret Mitchell serves as chief executive and co-founder of Epi Center MedSpa. She entered aesthetics in 1996, when she formed a partnership with Dr. Bitter. In 1995 she set up Aesthetic Marketing Concepts, LLC, a firm that offers marketing and practice-building support to aesthetic medicine. Through that firm, she has helped bring aesthetic services into 58 medical practices across the United States, either launching them or folding them into existing operations.

She oversees the Centered On You program. Her view is that aging well means looking good, feeling good and living well for as long as possible. Her leadership training includes study at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 2026 she completed a yoga teacher training certification. She also takes part in Vistage International's peer advisory community for CEOs.
