Mandy Pfaff is an EMDR specialist and licensed therapist at Thrive Wellness, where she also offers Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Her methods include talk therapy, EMDR, somatic work, movement, yoga, meditation, biofeedback, energy psychology, expressive arts and KAP. Her approach is integrative and evidence-based, shaped by ongoing research. She holds that something can work for everyone, and that the task is finding what that is. She works with clients from age 4 to 90. Sessions are offered in person in San Diego, by Zoom telehealth across California, and as in-home KAP for eligible clients. She does not accept insurance but provides superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Patients describe her as warm, non-judgmental and creatively persistent.
