About
Caitlin Fuller is the primary functional medicine practitioner at Thrive Wellness, where she leads the program alongside Dr. Adam Fuller. She has been a licensed massage therapist since 2000 and has more than 25 years of experience in holistic health practice. She holds a Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science (2010), a biology degree from The Evergreen State College, and the MSTOM and HHP credentials. She is also a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, trained through the Kresser Institute's ADAPT program and in functional medicine there. In 2002 she co-founded Santa Barbara Bodyworks Massage School.
Her practice covers autoimmune disease, women's health (including PCOS, endometriosis, fertility and menopause), gut health, pediatric wellness and preventive medicine. She also works with PCOS, perimenopause and postpartum hormonal recovery. Her herbal work draws on Western and Traditional Chinese herbal traditions, and she uses essential oils in some care plans. She offers therapeutic bodywork that combines deep tissue, myofascial release and energy work.
She works in a dual-practitioner model with Dr. Adam Fuller and is part of the center's multidisciplinary team. Patients describe her approach as thorough and investigative.
