Mailette is the founder and educator of Love Sugaring Academy and also teaches as an educator with Sweet & True Sugaring Co. An esthetician since 2002, she has made sugaring a large part of her esthetics career and has owned multiple sugaring hair removal and skin care businesses in the six-figure range.
Beyond the classroom, she has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and offers business coaching to beauty industry professionals and to business owners in any field. She also offers human design readings.
