Mahsa Nowbahar

Mahsa Nowbahar is co-owner of Milani MedSpa in Vienna, Virginia, where she works as master injector and director and co-leads the practice with Kavian Milani, MD. A registered nurse, she began working in aesthetic injectables in 2013 and has more than ten years of experience in aesthetic medicine.

Her training covers neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra and various plasma treatments, and she continues to study both in the United States and abroad to stay current on injection techniques. She also works as an aesthetic trainer with major companies, teaching emerging professionals, and offers one-on-one training sessions for other providers in aesthetic injectables.

Her injectable work includes fillers for the temples, under-eyes, cheeks, lips, chin, jawline, neck, earlobes, hands and buttocks, as well as liquid rhinoplasty. Biostimulant treatments include Sculptra, Radiesse, PDGF and VAMP. Neurotoxin treatments with Botox, Dysport and Xeomin address facial sprinkle treatment, neck lines, underarm and hand sweating, and TMJ and masseter concerns. She also provides Kybella, Skinvive, weight loss and wellness injections, PRF EZ Gel for under-eyes and facial injections, PRP and PRF for facial injections and hair restoration, and IV therapy.
