Kavian Milani, MD

Dr. Kavian Milani serves as medical director of Milani MedSpa in Vienna, Virginia, and co-owns the business, which he runs with Mahsa Nowbahar, RN. He holds a bachelor's degree in biology from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and a medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville. He completed an internship and residency in family medicine and is board-certified in that specialty. Before opening the MedSpa, he founded Virginia Family Medicine. He also founded the Center for Health and Human Rights, which he directs and which provides medical care to vulnerable populations. He has been injecting since early 2018. His certifications as an injector cover neurotoxins, fillers, Kybella and Sculptra, and he holds a separate certification in Sciton's resurfacing laser. His focus areas include neurotoxin treatment for lines and for migraine, dermal filler to restore lost volume, Kybella to break down fat, and Sculptra for results that look natural. He uses the Sciton laser for non-surgical lifting and texture concerns. His medical Botox work includes Trap'Tox treatment, migraine care, treatment for underarm sweating, and TMJ and masseter injections. At the MedSpa he also offers weight-loss and wellness injections, a weight management program and hormone support. He works on site with the nurses, technicians and master estheticians, and consultations with him can be booked. He has been named a Top Doctor by Washingtonian and Northern Virginia magazines.
