Madison K. owns Mad About Hair and works as a Certified Redken Colorist & Designer and National Redken Educator. She has been a Certified Redken Colorist & Designer for five years and has nearly twenty years in the hair field.
Her training started early. She began shampooing in a salon at age 12, attended hair school at 15, and apprenticed with a Redken artist for several years while still in school. After school she moved to New York City, interned at Louis Licari on Park Avenue, and designed at John Allan's membership-only men's salon at its Saks, TriBeCa, and Midtown locations.
She returned to women's hair coloring after her years in men's salons, and became a Redken artist and educator in 2017. She travels to teach hairstylists as a Redken educator.
