Louis DeGironemo

Louis DeGironemo, MD, DC, founded OMNI SCULPT MD and serves as its CEO. He is board-certified in anesthesiology and in pain management. Earlier in his career he represented the URMC anesthesiology residency program as a District 6 delegate (2011 to 2012), served as a New York State delegate to the 2012 resident annual meeting of the National House of Delegates, and was resident representative to the ASA Political Action Committee (2011 to 2013). He chaired the Sydney and Loretta Teich scholarship foundation, which funds students studying to become medical assistants or nurses, and from 2010 to 2013 he mentored medical students interested in anesthesiology. His memberships include ASIPP, the Dallas County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association, the ASA, NYSSA and the Texas Pain Society. Before opening the practice, he completed extensive training in cosmetic injectables and facial harmonization. He has also undertaken advanced training in facial anatomy, aesthetic injectables and anti-aging medicine. He also holds further certifications and training in regenerative medicine, HRT, functional medicine and cosmetic dermatology. He takes part in national meetings and advanced medical training on a regular basis. He approaches facial balance and restoration with the whole face in view. Every injectable treatment at the practice is given by him personally, Botox party events included. His pain medicine training underpins his pain work for migraines, TMJ, tension headaches and musculoskeletal pain. Aesthetic and wellness services are combined under his care, including Botox and bioidentical hormone therapy, and he also directs the VIP Concierge Physician Program. He was voted one of D Magazine's Best Doctors (listed for 2016), was named among Dallas Modern Luxury Top Doctors in 2023, was listed as a Living Magazine Super Doc in 2015, and is included among the Leading Physicians of the World Top Doctors. He serves on the board of the Christopher Barkley Foundation, and patients know him as Dr. D.
