Dr. Louis DeGironemo

Dr. Louis DeGironemo founded OMNI SCULPT MD, where he serves as CEO and owner and also works as a practicing physician. He is board-certified in anesthesiology and in interventional spine and pain management. Early in his career he used Botox and facial injections to treat medical conditions, including complex facial pain. He has additional credentials and advanced study in regenerative medicine, hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine and cosmetic dermatology. Before opening the practice, he completed intensive training in cosmetic injectables and facial harmonization, and he regularly attends national conferences and advanced medical education programs. He personally administers every injectable treatment given at the practice, and he sees both male and female patients. He is respected for his ethical approach and his aesthetic judgment, and he is known for his grasp of facial anatomy and injectable cosmetic treatments. D Magazine has named him one of its Best Doctors. He also appears in D Magazine Dallas Best Doctors (2016), Living Magazine Super Docs (2016), Leading Physicians of the World Top Doctors (2015) and Dallas Modern Luxury Top Doctors (2023). He serves on the board of the Christopher Barkley Foundation and chairs the Sydney and Loretta Teich scholarship foundation, which funds students training as medical assistants or nurses. From 2011 to 2012 he was a District 6 delegate for the URMC anesthesiology residency program, and in 2012 he attended the National House of Delegates resident annual meeting as a New York State delegate. From 2010 to 2013 he mentored medical students interested in anesthesiology. He is a member of ASIPP, the Dallas County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association, ASA, NYSSA and the Texas Pain Society.
