Loretta Nguyen Zanetti

Loretta Nguyen Zanetti co-owns Erasable Med Spa in Tampa, Florida, which she established in 2014. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner holding the APRN credential and the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army. She joined as a surgical technician at 21 and served more than 18 years as an officer. Her nursing bachelor's degree is from Columbus State University in Georgia, and she completed a Master of Science in Nursing at Western University of Health Sciences in California in 2013. Her master's-level clinical skills include lasers, PDO threads, Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, CoolSculpting and body contouring. She is certified to train for Galderma, Allergan, Cutera and Sciton, serves as a Galderma GAIN Trainer and holds CoolSculpting Faculty status. She is also a Sciton Luminary and was previously a Cutera Key Opinion Leader, presenting at the Cutera University Clinical Forum in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. She teaches on the faculty of the Aesthetic Advancement Institute, leading fundamentals, advanced and master's-level courses on neurotoxins and dermal fillers. She spoke at the AMSPA Medical Spa Show each year from 2021 through 2024, has presented at ISPAN and at Sciton events, and works as an international trainer and speaker. She also offers online training resources for aesthetic providers who prefer learning remotely.
