Loretta Zanetti, APRN

Loretta Zanetti, APRN, established Erasable Med Spa in 2014 and is one of its co-owners. As a board-certified nurse practitioner, she holds a bachelor's in nursing from Columbus State University in Georgia and a Master of Science in Nursing from Western University of Health Sciences in California, completed in 2013. Entering the US Army at 21 as a surgical technician, she went on to serve more than 18 years as an officer and now holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. She has performed thousands of laser and injectable treatments and has advanced experience in lasers, PDO threads, Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, CoolSculpting and body contouring. Beyond the practice, she travels nationally to train and speak, works as a Galderma GAIN trainer and is a Sciton Luminary. She previously served as a Cutera Key Opinion Leader and presented at the Cutera University Clinical Forum each year from 2019 through 2022. Appearances as a speaker at AMSPA's Medical Spa Show took place in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. She is on the faculty of the Aesthetic Advancement Institute, teaching fundamentals, advanced and master's courses in neurotoxin and dermal filler skills.
