Liz Munn

Liz is the owner and founder of SkinPro Studio, which she opened in 2016. She holds an esthetics license obtained in 2009 and a Level II reiki practitioner certification. Before entering skincare, she spent many years in medical coding and compliance, first for private practice physicians and then at MUSC, attending night school while running a medical practice. She later joined a national skincare brand as a sales, education and management consultant and was promoted to lead a team on the East Coast. In that role she was trained in product ingredients, formulation, chemical peels, makeup artistry and the operation of spas. After that she worked as an independent sales representative for several skincare brands, which deepened her knowledge of chemical peels, LED light therapy, growth factors, PRP and product formulation. Her training covers oncology esthetics, microcurrent, fascia release, lymphatic drainage and acne care, as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbal medicine, reiki and advanced esthetics. She began studying Chinese medicine and native herbal medicine in 2020. Each treatment is tailored to the client's skin on the day of the visit, and she makes products for use at home as well as in treatments.
