Lisa Hu

Lisa Hu is a Physician Assistant at the practice and began training with the team in May 2018. She is board certified as a physician assistant and holds Diplomate Fellow status with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas (2006) and graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Saint Louis University in 2014 as a National Health Service Corps Scholar. Earlier, she worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator in endocrinology at the Research Institute of Dallas and in the Psychoneuroendocrinology Department at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she contributed to two journal publications. She also spent three years as a family practice physician assistant at Redbird Wellness Clinic in Dallas. During PA school she received the Saint Louis University Leadership and Service Award, the George D. Wendell Civic Leadership Award and the David Wagner Excellence Award. She is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
