Lisa DeMaria is the founder, owner and creative director of Salon Topaz. She has more than twenty years of experience in the beauty industry, beginning as an apprentice in New York City under a French celebrity hair stylist. Her haircutting foundation includes many techniques, including razor cutting. She leads the salon's hair restoration treatment for fine and thinning hair. She was named Best Female Hair Salon Business Owner (New York) in the 2020 Influential Businesswoman Awards. She graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2014.
