Leonard Einstein

Leonard Einstein serves as Director of Nursing and Aesthetic Injector at You & I Primary Care, Aesthetics and Wellness in North Miami Beach, where he also works as a nurse practitioner providing primary care. He is adjunct faculty in the nursing department at Florida National University, a role he has held since 2019, and he is a double board-certified nurse practitioner.

His aesthetic work centers on non-surgical aesthetic medicine, skin rejuvenation, dermal fillers and body contouring, including neurotoxin treatments with Botox and Xeomin. He practices in aesthetic dermatology, has taken part in clinical trials on investigational cosmetic, laser and surgical dermatology treatments, and is involved in current research on future dermatological applications. He lectures and consults for pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and has written on complications of aesthetic procedures, fractional laser technologies, facial contouring and sports-related skin conditions. The Miami Herald has featured him as a medical authority, and he has appeared on Univision and Telemundo discussing skin care, laser treatments and nonsurgical body contouring. He has also educated nurses and nurse practitioners, including foreign-educated physicians from Cuba and South America.

He writes blog posts in English and Spanish on dermatology topics such as melasma, rosacea and blepharitis, and on hormone therapy, including testosterone replacement and menopause hormone therapy.
