Leandra Roch'e founded A Joyous Look in 2002, which now operates as HD Hair Design, and serves as its founder, Master Stylist and Educator. She started doing hair professionally at age 15 and has been licensed since 1995. She was previously a cosmetology instructor at Gary Area Career Center.
Her work centers on healthy hair, with a focus on relaxers, repair and growth. She also serves as trainer and salon coordinator for the HD team, and she has been licensed as an educator since 2018.
