Leah Warder

Leah Warder is co-owner of Zen Sanctuary on Adams Avenue in San Diego. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University and studied bodywork at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, where she became the school's admissions director during her studies. She also launched a mobile spa business focused on bringing women together for pampering. Her hands-on work centers on flowing relaxation massage that incorporates pressure points, along with deep tissue manipulation and trigger point therapy. She holds CMT and HHP credentials.
