Laura (Lo) is the owner of Lo & Co. and works as a makeup artist and hair stylist. She started in bridal makeup and, over about 18 years, added hairstyling and custom spray tanning to the studio's services. She has 17 years of New York and Virginia experience in commercial makeup and hair for women and men, and has been featured on national television 35 times as a professional makeup artist. Earlier in her career she worked as an actress in New York City.

She offers makeup lessons drawing on years of selling, applying and writing about makeup and skincare, and she recommends products without brand affiliations.
She blends each spray tan client's custom tan in the private studio at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
