About
Latasha Hughes founded SBL Swank and works as a weaveologist in Cincinnati. She has been styling hair since she was nine and has worked as a weaveologist for five years.
She started as a braider and later moved into hair extensions. Her training in braiding and sewing was self-taught, learned through trial and error. At 22 she bought her first ten bundles of hair with $500 and began selling hair. She built a local reputation through social media and word of mouth.
She teaches the business's lace training class, and her installs use HD lace only.
