LaDonis A. works as a colorist, stylist and makeup artist and operates Red Tress Artistry. Earlier experience includes working in salons and owning one. Training is ongoing, with several classes a year held in person and online, covering advanced color and cutting, business, trichology, styling and makeup. Makeup skills were built under Nakeah Fuller, with instruction through All About Face Academy and Nakeah Cosmetics in Hollywood, and holds a Certified Make-up Artist certification. Makeup work includes membership in Nakeah's Beauty Dolls, a group that has provided makeup for the Philthy Rags Fashion Show, a beauty lounge at a birthday party, Cosign Magazine and the SAG Awards. Other makeup credits include the movie Dana's Story, local bodybuilders, weddings and proms. As a member of Patric Bradley's Team Hollywood, LaDonis teaches hair color and cutting techniques to stylists and students. Hair work has been featured twice each in 1K Hair Mag and Encore HD Hair Magazine. Services focus on hair health, with a cut and color combination built for each client.
