About
La-Ri Douglas is the Master Stylist and owner of La-Radiance O.N.E. Salon. She has been a licensed cosmetologist for nearly 30 years and holds a Pennsylvania Cosmetology License, which she passed on her first attempt while still in high school. She opened a salon in her parents' basement in Philadelphia at age 14.
She trained at Murrell Dobbins A.V.T.S., starting at age 14, and entered the cosmetology program at 15. She learned sew-in weaves from stylist Denise Brown. Before opening La-Radiance O.N.E. Salon she worked at several salons, and earlier she worked in clothing stores helping people find their style, and she has been offered personal stylist positions.
Her work covers styling hair, makeup, and scalp and skin treatment for men, women and children, and she also works in braiding and sew-in weaves. She serves people from all walks of life and aims to help each client feel special.
