About
Kimberly Monroe is a registered nurse and the lead nurse and co-owner of The Well, where she also manages the office nursing team. She had the original vision for what became the practice.
She earned an Associate's degree in Nursing in 2008 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015, and she has over 15 years of nursing experience. Her background includes labor and delivery, the neonatal intensive care unit, and work as lead functional medicine nurse for an integrative clinic in St. Louis.
She specializes in optimizing hormones and is a certified BioTE pellet provider. She works from an integrative approach and respects patient choice.
