Kimberly Monroe had the original idea for the practice, and she co-owns it with Jennifer Allen, who founded New Freedom Family Medicine. The Washington clinic occupies a restored 1890s building that keeps its original ornate details, including 10-foot sliding pocket doors and transom windows. The building has had several lives: it was once a doctor's office in the early 1900s, later housed teachers, and then served as a shelter for people experiencing homelessness. Today it has three exam rooms, a waiting area with a coffee bar, and a reception area for retail products.

The practice describes its care as integrative, including attention to diet and lifestyle medicine, and says it supports patient choice. Its GLP program offers semaglutide and tirzepatide packages in monthly doses, with membership versions that add levocarnitine or glycine. The medications are compounded by a patient-specific 503A pharmacy, packages carry no contract or recurring charge, and care includes meal guidance, weigh-ins and coaching alongside injections. The clinic says it learned its GLP protocols under Dr. Wusterhausen through BioTE Medical conferences.

Other offerings include women's and men's hormone therapy, with an initial consultation that includes a customized plan and labs and a direct-care membership for women. New patients pay a $150 initial consultation fee before IV or vitamin injections, and iron infusions require lab testing first to determine need. Pricing for the Myers' Cocktail IV and NAD+ injection is listed on the site. The practice says it offers regenerative medicine information that is current and describes its non-medicinal pain management treatments as FDA cleared; it also says Indiba's technology has helped people recover faster from injuries.
