Kimberly Hochman

Kimberly Hochman serves as the Functional Medicine Health Coach at Aesthetic Specialty Centre. Before joining the practice, she founded LiveWell RX, LLC, a company focused on education and guidance toward optimal health. She has experience helping individuals and groups improve lifestyle habits in nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress reduction and relationships.

She holds certifications as a Functional Medicine Health & Wellness Coach and as a Holistic Nutritionist, and she also works as a CrossFit and functional fitness trainer. She builds personalized wellness plans for patients, and her coaching centers on education, accountability and support around each patient's goals.
