Kennia works as an aesthetician, certified laser specialist, and permanent makeup artist at Esse Med Spa + PMU, a medical spa and permanent makeup studio in Denver. She started in the beauty industry soon after high school and has worked in a busy waxing setting.

Kennia was trained extensively by Carthy and holds certifications as a Certified Laser Specialist, in Laser Safety, and as a certified permanent makeup artist. She speaks Spanish.
