About
Dr. Kendall Phelps-Polirer founded Charleston Atelier in Charleston, South Carolina, where she works as physician. Her training is in internal medicine. Her medical degree came from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, and she also holds a Bachelor of Science from Clemson University's Calhoun Honors College, graduating with General and Departmental Honors. She did an internal medicine internship at USF Morsani College of Medicine and Blake Medical Center in Bradenton, Florida, then a residency at Trident Medical Center in Charleston. Before opening Charleston Atelier, she served as Medical Director at Koniver Aesthetics and Koniver Wellness, working with Dr. Craig Koniver, and ran a private concierge weight loss practice. Her memberships include the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Longevity Docs and Diversity in Dermatology. She also acts as a brand ambassador for several skincare and wellness companies. Her focus areas are GLP-1 and metabolic weight care, peptide protocols, skin optimization and aesthetic medicine. She set up the practice to replace brief, fragmented visits with physician-guided protocols patients can stick with over time. She designs and supervises each patient's treatment plan and is the doctor patients contact for follow-up.
