Kelsie Rachael owns the salon and works as its hairdresser, with more than 15 years of experience in the field. She started working as a hairdresser in 2005. Her first full-time job was at a Redken Elite Salon. She trained in cosmetology at TVCC Junior College after high school. Early on, she worked hair show booths for a clip-in extension line and learned extension work in exchange for extensions. She became certified in her fourth hair extension method in 2020. Her specialties are lived-in color and hair extensions. She opened her first solo studio in 2011.
