Kelly Fox

Kelly Fox is a colorist and stylist at David Rios Salon & Spa in Washington, D.C., with services in hair color, balayage and hair styling. He has specialized in hair color since 2002 and has more than 20 years of salon and freelance experience in the city. The salon says he is known for color designs and color strategies for brunettes. He is a L'Oréal Professionnel certified balayage artist and a Fellow of the American Board of Certified Hair Colorists. He is licensed to practice cosmetology in New York and Washington, D.C., and holds a salon manager license in Washington, D.C. According to the salon, Washingtonian Magazine named him among the top colorists in Washington, D.C. in 2005. His clients have included hundreds of people in international politics, news media and entertainment, and his work has appeared in print media, film and television.
