About
Jean-Luc Vivier is a stylist at David Rios Salon and Spa. He started beauty school at 15 and went on to work in Paris with prominent hairdressers of that era.
He moved to America in the late 1980s and built a reputation in Washington, DC. For many years he owned the Ipsa and Jean Luc salon, and according to the salon, magazines have recognized him as one of the best hairdressers in DC.
He has also taught haircutting. He joined David Rios Salon and Spa after handing off management of his earlier salons.
