Keli Wriston

Keli Wriston is the Master Stylist and Creative Director at Roots Hair Salon in Chicago's River West area. She has worked as a stylist and colorist since 1997, and she focuses on creative color, blondes and special effects hair color. She also works in artistic, formal, vintage and rockabilly pin-up styles, including up-dos.

Outside the salon, she has done freelance work for photoshoots and weddings. She names Damage Control, Control Paste and Control Force among her favorite products, noting that Damage Control offers thermal and UV protection, Control Paste gives a piece-y, matte texture suitable for all hair types, and Control Force provides an all-day firm hold with humidity defense.
