Kayla founded Flourish Aesthetics, where she also works as an esthetician at the spa. She began working in the beauty industry in 2016 and has worked for Estée Lauder. She studied esthetics in North Olmsted and has held an esthetician license since 2021. Her coursework covers Master Esthetician education, A Natural Difference, and Tamara's Professional Body Sugaring, plus gua sha, Facial Fusion, Pure Peel, dermaplaning, lash lifts and brow lamination. Her signature service is the Radiant Lift Facial, which incorporates advanced massage and cupping. Treatments include luxury facials, sugaring hair removal, lash lifts and brow lamination. She emphasizes skin care education and a strong client experience. She was named BEST FACIAL in Cleveland by the Cleveland City Voter in 2020. After treatments she builds tailored skincare routines for each client. Her appointment availability is Tuesday mornings into afternoons, Wednesdays from late morning into the evening, Thursdays from afternoon into evening, and every other Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
