Kayla

Kayla is a hair artist working from Kayla's Manes inside Modern Strands on El Paseo in Palm Desert. Her colour work centres on dimensional blonding, including hand-painted balayage and foilyage, and lived-in colour such as root melts and brunette dimension.

She also offers creative colour, including vivid custom shades, and precision cutting shaped to each client's face, density and daily routine. Hand-tied extensions and bond and gloss treatments round out her services.

She begins each service by talking through the client's hair history, reviewing photos and asking how much upkeep they want before any colour is mixed. Placement is designed so colour grows out gently, which keeps root touch-ups less frequent.
