Kathy Bingham

Kathy Bingham has been a hairstylist for 22 years and runs Hair by Kathy, LLC. Her hair license was obtained in Tampa, Florida. Her career includes 2.5 years at a Regis salon, 2.5 years managing one, a private salon at Verdecia, and 11 years in booth rental. After moving to Kansas City, she spent three years on the Plaza and three in the Northland. She trained in haircutting at Vidal Sassoon in Miami, Florida, took two advanced color classes in San Francisco, California, and has completed many Redken and L'Oréal Professional classes in cutting and color. She is certified in the CHI Straightening System and works as a L'Oréal Professional colorist. Her specialties are blonding, highlights, color, and haircuts for men, women and children. She plans to add extensions but does not yet hold an extensions certification.
