Kathryn

Kathryn is a licensed esthetician with more than 20 years of experience in resort spas, skin care studios and holistic healing settings. She specializes in organic and clinical skincare, makeup, and color coordination and treatment. She is also a certified massage therapist, a certified yoga instructor with RYT credentials, and a Certified Ayurvedic Specialist. She began studying Ayurveda in 1999 and has trained with the California College of Ayurveda, the American Institute of Ayurvedic Studies, The Ayurvedic Institute, and Jaishri Lambert. As Sundhari Spa's Ayurvedic specialist and wellness consultant, she offers Wellness Lifestyle Health Consultations focused on nutrition, herbal remedies and lifestyle techniques. She customizes each treatment to specific needs and shares ways to keep skin healthy at home. She approaches wellness through education, observation and practical everyday choices, helping clients understand their unique constitution based on the elements.
