Barbara is a licensed esthetician and certified massage therapist with 27 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. She spent four years in Napa Valley resort spas, including Carneros Resort and Alila in St. Helena, and has worked with several North Bay Ayurvedic spa facilities. She has also held private practices in Marin and Sonoma alongside chiropractic, TCM and yoga therapy practitioners. She completed Ayurveda certification at the California College of Ayurveda, with study in Ayurveda, Shirodhara and Abhyanga massage. Her approach is integrative, with an aim of giving each client a high level of care and attention.
