Kat

Kat is the founder of Pilosity and a licensed electrologist with more than 15 years in permanent hair removal and aesthetics. Earlier work included leading Los Angeles spas. Her training came at Academie Dectro, where she earned an advanced electrolysis certification in 2007.

She spent 16 years researching and developing her own electrolysis techniques, with advanced electrolysis as her specialty. Each year she takes classes and seminars across the country. Alongside electrolysis, she guides clients through skincare.

She belongs to the Southern California Society of Cosmetic Chemists and to the Southern Chapter of the Electrologists' Association of California, where she has served as an officer on the association's State Executive Committee. She has also worked as an occupational consultant and analyst for electrology and aesthetics with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
