Kara Montminy, PA-C

Kara Montminy is a Physician Assistant (PA-C) at BioAge Health in Eagan. In 1993 she started out as a certified nurse's assistant at a nursing home in Crosby, North Dakota, and in 1998 she became a respiratory therapist, working in that role for several years. Her education includes a Bachelor's degree in Cardiopulmonary Science from the University of North Dakota, where she studied on a nursing scholarship, and a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She has been a Board-Certified Physician Assistant since 2008. Her hospital work includes time as an internal medicine hospitalist physician assistant at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, followed by work on the lung transplant team there. She later joined a plastic surgery group in the Twin Cities area, where she continued her medical training in aesthetic practices. Aesthetics is her main focus, building on a long-standing interest in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
