Kaly Castellanos

Kaly Castellanos leads the medical spa as a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner. She holds board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (C-FNP) and in Therapeutic Massage. She graduated from Chamberlain University and has further training in aesthetic medicine, with anti-wrinkle and dermal filler work. Her background spans patient care, clinical leadership, staff development and advocacy for patients. Her practice centers on non-surgical injectable treatments, and she is a member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners (NADNP).
