Just Jeff works as a Master Hairdresser and Colorist in California. He has 37 years of California precision work.

He began his career in Newport Beach in 1989, trained at Main Street Cosmetology and Carlton Hair International, and went on to spend more than 20 years on the Artistic Team at Salon Gregorie's at Fashion Island. He was selected for that salon's formal teacher-training program under Dusty Symington, and he now teaches a plant-based, three-phase bond repair protocol across California.

His specialties include anatomical cutting, balayage, grey blending, structural reshaping, Formula 18 bond repair, keratin treatment, color correction and curly hair cutting. Color correction runs over several sessions with Formula 18 used between visits, and keratin formulas are chosen by hair density and curl pattern. He is one of the leading Formula 18 specialists in both Northern and Southern California. Costa Mesa is where he sees the highest volume of color correction and balayage clients, and his Sonoma County schedule is in high demand.
