About
Julie Clevidence is the Ultrasound Imaging Specialist at Nurture, located in Hyde Park Square in Cincinnati. Her path into perinatal work began in research: she worked at the Women's Health Research Center at the University of Cincinnati on postpartum and postmenopausal studies, then moved on to postmenopausal osteoporosis research and development at P&G and to a project manager role at an Institutional Review Board.
Her education spans psychology, biology and medical anthropology. She earned a BA in Psychology and a BS in Biology in 1995, a master's degree in Medical Anthropology in 2000, and DONA certification in 2006. In 2009 she co-created CADS (Cincinnati Area Doula Society), a non-profit doula organization.
