Julia Giyaur, MD

Julia Giyaur, MD, is the founder and owner of New York Laser Vision Aesthetics and Juno Medspa, and she is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She has worked in ophthalmology for more than 20 years, with a practice centered on vision correction, cataract surgery and eyelid surgery. She has performed more than 3,500 eyelid operations and also offers non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers. She holds clinical and operating privileges at Mount Sinai New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and at Northwell North Shore University Medical Center. Beyond her own practice, she teaches and consults at hospitals and clinics across New York City, and she has trained other ophthalmologists in surgical techniques and standards of care. Her private practice serves patients at her Brooklyn offices. The International Association of Ophthalmologists has named her among the world's leading physicians. She has performed thousands of procedures and has served more than 20,000 patients. The Foundation of the American Academy of Ophthalmology has recognized her as an EyeCare America Volunteer every year since 2009, and her work has appeared in Industry Magazine.
